Annie Petering is a dedicated advocate for the rights of the underserved and underprivileged. Throughout her career, in both private and public legal roles, she has represented individuals and communities in need.

Before joining Osterhout Berger Daley, Annie served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, where she defended the interests of Wisconsin citizens in federal court. Prior to that, she handled a wide range of labor and employment matters, showcasing her versatility and commitment to justice.

Annie’s professional journey also includes serving as in-house counsel at SEIU Local 73 in Chicago, Illinois, where she represented the interests of union members. These experiences have strengthened her ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and fight for fairness and equity in all matters of law.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Annie moved to the Midwest to attend law school and has remained there ever since. She earned her law degree from Michigan State College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Annie is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Since 2013, Annie has called Kenosha, Wisconsin home, where she resides with her husband, son, and their beloved mini-rex rabbit.
